A: A free no-commitment taste of the At Home Workout Club. You get 3 days of fitness challenge content and community access with no card required. At the end of 3 days you decide whether to join as a Club Member at $25/month.
A: Club Members access monthly challenges, meal plans, and community at $25/month. Club Partners access everything in Club Member plus premium content, live Q&A, and the company profit share program at $45/month. You must complete one full Club Member cycle before upgrading to Club Partner.
A: Every Club Member you personally refer earns you $5/month in referral credits. Refer 5 active members and your membership is free through credits, cash back.
A: The main 21 day club challenge starts on the 1st of every month. You can join the free 3 day trial anytime or jump into a live challenge for 3 days before committing.

A: Yes. Club Members commit to one month minimum — your first month is non-refundable. Club Partner payments are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime after your minimum commitment.
